Welcome to Viva Spanish Kitchen! We’re Anna and Carlos, a couple with a deep love for food and travel, living near Valencia, Spain. We created the Viva Spanish Kitchen blog to share our favorite moments of cooking at home and with family here in Spain. We often come across Spanish recipes that are either too complicated or not quite like the food we actually eat here, so we wanted to share what truly happens in our Spanish kitchen. Since our whole family are food lovers, we’re passionate about authentic flavors and the stories behind Spanish dishes, while sharing recipes passed down through generations, as well as exciting new dishes we discover and test along the way.
