My passion for Spanish food is really at the heart of everything I do. My earliest memory is of watching my mum cooking in our home in Madrid. She taught me everything she knows in the kitchen. I’ve had the pleasure of learning from some of the best chefs in the world and travel the length and breath of my home country in search of the most rustic and local recipes I have been able to find.
